jsc energo-pro georgia held professional welding training to company employees. study course was undertaken by company employees in technical field. trainings continued for two weeks. study course was carried out by specially invited professional trainers from llc welding society. for the purposes of increase of qualification and professional cadres development, company employees undertook the course in el. welding, argon welding and air welding. they also undertook the safety instructions and practice. after the completion of training, epg employees took qualification exams. apart from that they underwent the attestation and were granted international certificates in welding. qualification trainings are utterly important for advancement of professionalism at the company. as a result of trainings, epg assists development of highly qualified cadres, which is one of the preconditions for successful business processing of the company.

administration of kutaisi s/c, technical department and customers relation service will be placed at the new service center office of epg in kutaisi. service center is opened to provide better service to the customers, deliver them with all necessary information and receive applications and letters for further proceedings. the new office of epg service center along with director general of epg nikolay nikolov was opened by imereti governor zaza meparishvili and kutaisi mayor shota murghulia. kutaisi service center in frame of customers is the largest unit of the company. epg serves over 70 000 customers in kutaisi. to provide better service to the customers and high quality electricity supply, company systematically carries out grid rehabilitations and prophylactic works, also implements new projects in the city electricity network.

west central branch employee of jsc energo-pro georgia givi margvelashvili became world champion in power lifting. he won 2 golden medals; one in power lifting, and second in deadlift. he also managed to repeat world records in power lifting, where he assembled in total 590 kg and in deadlift, where he repeated his last year record and lifted 220 kg. givi margvelashvili was granted an absolute cup for making the records. 25th anniversary world championship in powerlifting, triathlon and deadlift was held in ukraine city of lutsk on may 14-17 of year 2015. more than 550 sportsmen from 45 countries took part in the championship. givi margvelashvili has trained for months to take part in the championship. being power engineer by specialization, givi margvelashvili showed his interest in power lifting since childhood, however went professional since 2010. in may 2014 givi margvelashvili became champion of europe for the first time. later the same year on november 7-9 at the world championship held in kiev margvelashvili broke three world records – in powerlifting he lifted 140 kg, in deadlift 220 kg, which no light weight (65 kg) athlete could lift before. at present givi margvelashvili woks at west central branch of jsc energo-pro georgia at imereti high voltage substations division as i category person-on-duty.

new computer software was implemented at epg call center for the purpose of increase of the effectiveness and improvement of customers’ service. the soft is in complete compliance with the business processes of the company, which will make call response rapidness and quality more efficient. in view of the customer service, the form of the requests received from the customers also is being changed. due to the novelty satisfaction of customers’ claims will be more fast and effective. call center will be equipped with interactive voice message system, which gives the opportunity to the customer to receive information without directly contacting the operator. from april of the ongoing year jsc energo-pro georgia plans structural as well as functional restructuring of the call center. as a result the number of the call center employees will increase and new structure will be aimed at responding more calls – percentage indicator of responded calls will increase. jsc energo-pro georgia will continue working in direction of the customer service improvement in future as well.
