goderdzi resort is supplied with electricity from a new, modern substation. the high-voltage substation has already been put into operation, and subscribers are gradually being connected to it.   "energo-pro georgia" has invested up to 3 million gel for the construction of a new substation, which is equipped with modern electrical equipment and remote control equipment is also installed. it is managed remotely by the company's central dispatch office.   a complete reconstruction of the high-voltage power line was also carried out at the goderdzi resort, which is connected to the substation with a new, 35 kv underground cable line.   with the construction of a new substation and the reconstruction-construction of the power transmission line, goderdzi resort is supplied with reliable and high-quality electricity.

the rehabilitation and reconstruction of the high-voltage transmission line "chkhari" has been completed. the mentioned line supplies electricity to racha region and tkibuli municipality. "energo-pro georgia" invested gel 2,000,000  for the rehabilitation of the line. along the entire length of the line, the amortized sections were completely renewed, new supports were installed, new foundations were arranged, line reinforcement was replaced, which ensures a much smoother and safe operation of the power transmission line. "rehabilitation-reconstruction of the line was being conducted for about 1 year. the representatives of the contractor firm and the employees of our company did everything to ensure that the work was done with quality. the duration of the works was planned taking into consideration that planned restrictions on the supply of electricity would not be frequent. eventually, all the work was carried out successfully with high quality" - said giga mamiseishvili, chairman of the board of directors of jsc "energo-pro georgia". "energo-pro georgia" continues the rehabilitation works of the existing infrastructure within the company network.      

  the representatives of the central election commission held an information meeting for the employees of "energo-pro georgia". the presentation was about the holding of georgian parliamentary elections using electronic technologies.   the purpose of the presentation was to provide jsc "energo-pro georgia" employees with detailed information related to the electoral reform, so that the company's employees, as voters, were as informed as possible about the mentioned novelty.   within the framework of the meeting, a demonstration and functional explanation of election machines was carried out on the spot. also, a voting simulation was conducted, which included direct participation of the audience in the voting procedure and the publication of the preliminary results of the simulated elections.   "jsc energo-pro georgia has been preparing for the upcoming elections for several months. in connection with this, the first meeting of the representatives of the company and cec was held in may 2023. jsc "energo-pro georgia" closely cooperates with the commission. the company will ensure a stable supply of electricity to election precincts as much as possible. however, in case of damage to the energy network caused by bad weather or other reasons, the company's technical teams will be ready for an immediate response" - said grigol mamiseishvili, chairman of the board of directors of jsc "energo-pro georgia".

jsc "energo-pro georgia" has already signed an agreement with 20 successful students of the electrical department of vocational schools and colleges. the company will grant them scholarships during their studies. after completing their studies, young people will have the opportunity to get a paid internship in the company and eventually be hired.   "after the interview, we did not expect to be awarded the scholarship, because there was quite a lot of competition. we will try to achieve success in our profession. the scholarship gives a great motivation to the young people to deepen their education" - said ekaterine shvelidze and nino beridze, students of the department of electrical engineering of "business and technology academy".   at jsc "energo-pro georgia" they say that the profession has no gender, and therefore they encourage ladies to choose the light, to enroll in electrical engineering programs. the company promises to foster and promote their career.

the representatives of the usaid contractor company working on gender balance issues visited jsc "energo-pro georgia". they assist companies in make occupations traditionally considered for male personnel more attractive to women. the energy company has been actively engaged in this project for years.   guests arrived in poti and met valanetina zibzibadze, who at a time was technician-electrician of "energo-pro georgia". valentina was recently promoted to the position of district manager.   "it was interesting for me to get to know valentina and her work. the technical and practical work carried out by energo-pro georgia for the professional development of women is important. we have worked with the company for a year and a half and now we can already see the results of this work. we wish success to the company, because issues of gender equality are very important," - said usaid contraced expert musama clara.   representatives of the usaid contractor company also visited batumi, where they met ten female employees of energo-pro georgia, who work in the field of energy.   "during two days, we had very interesting conversations with the talented women employed at energo-pro georgia. the company has been our partner since 2015 and together we have achieved a lot in terms of gender equality. we are proud to partner with this team," - said jasmine boehm, usaid's contracted expert.   the representatives of usaid's contractor company say that the work that jsc "energo-pro georgia" carries out in terms of gender equality is very important.

"unfortunately, the highest financial fine was again imposed on the network company included in the jsc "energo-pro georgia holding". we consider the decision to be unequivocally unfair and unjust. of course, we will appeal it at the court, according to the established procedure, and we are completely sure that as a result of an objective review, the fine will definitely be canceled," says mikheil botsvadze, chairman of the board of directors of "energo-pro georgia holding".   "in general, the approaches of the georgian national energy and watersupply regulatory commission are already very worrying and thought-provoking for us. in particular, concerning fines, it is significant that for the last 11 years, the company was fined twice with a total amount of gel 30 000. and for the last 11 months, the company has already been sanctioned for the 3rd time by gel 225 000.on the other hand, it should be emphasized that another noteworthy process, at the request of the regulatory commission, a draft law has already been initiated, according to which the maximum amount of the financial sanction is planned to increase from 75 to 500 thousand gel. accordingly, we get the following picture, due to unknown reasons, the application of financial fines has increased dramatically, fines are unfair and inadequate, it is planned to increase the amount of financial sanctions by 7 times. it is significant that for such violations that as if were found in our case, there is no financial sanction of a similar size (500 thousand gel) neither in georgia nor in case of the regulators of european countries" - says mikheil botsvadze. according to him, despite the unfair and discriminatory attitude, a number of hindering factors, attacks and financial crises experienced for the past years, the company is not changing its approaches at this stage.   “we continue to invest as usual and improve the quality of our services, because we realize the importance of "energo-pro georgia" for the energy industry as we represent one of the largest european investors and employers in the country," - said mikheil botsvadze, chairman of the board of directors of energo-pro georgia holding.
