epg offers employment to future students of professional study facilities
epg starts new employment project. according to the company decision all the students who will satisfy the competition requirements and be enrolled into the professional study facilities for the specialization of electrician, welder and other related fields, will receive gel 150-200 stipends from the company during the study period. at the final stage of the learning students will be given opportunity to undertake 1-3 months internship at the company with future employment perspective. epg and ministry of education will conclude memorandum regarding this.
“the goal of the project is to support and increase motivation of young generation in georgian regions to receive professional education. mentioned project will assist the popularization of the field as well. apart from that students will be given an opportunity to get employed at the company in future and promote their career growth. major emphasis will be made on the students residing in high mountainous regions” – said director general of epg nikolay nikolov.
persons willing to receive the stipend must refer to the company with an application before april 27 (hq or regional offices), or fill in the application form at company web page. after the application selection there will be an interview with successful candidates who in case of enrollment into the professional study facility will receive the stipend.
competition requirements are as follow: the candidate must be no more than 35 years old, citizen of georgia, posses secondary education at least and speak english or russian at the beginner level at least.
orphanages will also enroll in the mentioned project along with epg. hrd of the company plans to meet with the managers of orphanages. the goal of the meeting will be create opportunity and give motivation to foster children of the orphanages who start independent life to take exams at professional facilities. the company will pay the students the stipend and provide opportunity for their future employment.

reshuffle in jsc energo-pro georgia
changes took place in the management of jsc energo-pro georgia. new director general has been appointed. nikolay nikolov, who until now held the position of the deputy director general, from november the 14th is being appointed for the post of the director general of jsc energo-pro georgia.
“energo-pro georgia carries on working on all the initiated projects. apart from that company plans to make additional investments so that to improve electricity grid condition, continue individual re-metering of regions in accordance with the existing schedule and increase quality of customer service” – said newly appointed director general of jsc energo-pro georgia nikolay nikolov.
“it is highly important for us to develop qualified cadres; we care about professional growth of our successful employees, which is confirmed by the latest developments taking place at our company” – noted member of the board of directors of energo-pro group jaromir tesar.
newly appointed director general of jsc energo-pro georgia will have three deputies: deputy director in the field of administration, finance and regulations will be nino dadunashvili, who formerly held the position of the financial manager of the company; post of the deputy director in the field of commercial issues is maintained by mikheil botsvadze, who also works at energo-pro varna in bulgaria as the company manager; the position of the deputy director in the field of billing and information technologies will be held by george korshia, who also maintains the position of the manager at energo-pro varna in bulgaria.

epg categorically rejects incorrect calculation of electricity tariff
energo-pro georgia categorically rejects information that customers were billed by 17 tetri tariff in batumi. information regarding this is being spread by public defender merab bladadze through news agency ghn. “we believe that mr. bladadze has wrong information about tariff calculation methodology. tariff is being calculated according to gnewrc resolution # 33 of december 2008. any mistake during calculation from the side of the company is absolutely irrelevant” – says deputy director general of jsc energo-pro georgia george korshia.
company is ready to explain to every interested person in detail how the electricity tariff is being calculated which will give the response to the customer in regards with consumed electricity costs and eradicate all vague questions. in december 2013 only 36% of batumi customers were billed by 14.83 tetri tariff excluding vat. worth mentioning is that during the new year’s eve electricity consumption increases.

epg constructs a new transmission line
energo-pro georgia constructed new 110 kv high voltage transmission line. 12 km line nigvziani connecting 110 kv substation in lanchkhuti-tseva to 110 kv substation poti 2. the line is of a strategic value as it will increase electricity supply stability and provide opportunity for transmission of increased capacities. project value reaches up to gel 3.5 mln.
line nigvziani will provide electricity supply to ureki and poti regions. until now the regions were supplied by 110 kv line chaladidi; and when nigvziani is put into operation, in frame of stability of the energy supply, the regions will have an alternative source; which in fact serves as a guarantee for uninterrupted electricity supply and stability. construction of the line will be completed by the end of september.
“electricity supply stability of ureki and poti regions will increase by 100%. which means that during the emergency and planned suspensions in 110 kv when rehabilitation is being conducted, electricity supply to the mentioned regions will not be stopped. because of the alternative supply during emergency it will be possible to supply the lectricity to lanchkhuti, ozurgeti, chokhatauri, kobuileti, santredia, khoni and batumi part of the customers” – said technical manager of epg aleko nemsadze.

training photoepg successfully continues implementation of student employment project. right upon the graduation, epg has employed 6 graduate students throughout the regions in georgia and in nearest future it will employ 7 more; apart from that, all graduates with high rating scores, who undertook study within the epg vocational students employment project, right upon the emergence of vacancy will be recruited at the corresponding position. the project of employment of graduate students assists popularization of energy field specialization and development of qualified cadres. from june epg starts implementation of the third phase of the student employment project. all vocational study facilities with technical emphasis are enrolled into the project. alike first two stages, after completion of 10 months study, successful graduate students from vocational study facilities, who will gather high rating scores, will have the opportunity to undertake internship at epg with the opportunity of further employment. “the goal of the project is to support and increase motivation of young generation in georgian regions to receive professional education. mentioned project will assist the populatization of the field as well. apart from that students will be given an opportunity to get employed at the company in future and promote their career growth. major emphasis will be made on the students residing in high mountainous regions” – said head of pr division of the company avto dvalishvili.

exhibition “colored thoughts”
personal exhibition of georgian artist akaki gachechiladze – “colored thoughts” will be opened at gallery “europa house” today. the exhibition will continue until january 26.
jsc energo-pro georgia, the company at which akaki gachechiladze has been working since 2005 as the chief dispatcher of east georgia branch, organizes and supports the exhibition. akaki gachechiladze is a power engineer by the specialization; however, he finds his identity in art.
majority of art pieces represented at the exhibition “colored thoughts” are dated by year 2013; however, visitors will have the opportunity to see the former famous works of the artist. “colored thoughts” is the largest personal exhibition of the artist – 60 works of art will be represented there.
debut of akaki gachechiladze took place in germany. his exhibitions were very successful in marburg in 2010 (exhibition gruppe108&fruends), marburg 2011 – personal exhibition ”impression, emotion, momentaufbahmen”, humbug 2011 group exhibition, dusseldorf 2012 personal exhibition ”akaki aus tiflis”, dusseldorf 2012 personal exhibition “fantastic realizm”.
in year 2012 akaki’s art works were exhibited ath the personal exhibition “580 meters over the sea level” at a public school located in imereti region village zemo tseva in georgia and in year 2013 at gallery apolo (exhibition “real”) in tbilisi.
akaki gachechiladze’s art capabilities which cover the area from expressionism to surrealism, where predicted to have great success by german specialists years ago. workability and iinexhaustible fantasy are truly outstanding. the art works of akaki are without sharp effects. his multicolored compositions are completed convincingly. they are rich by the scenario. the source of akaki’s inspiration is every day emotion – compassion, love, pride, fear, carelessness, fame and etc. they are indicated in his works in a manner of unreal, illusional worlds. his works are free of the influence of others and they leave unforgettable impression on spectators.
akaki gachechiladze took part in numerous events and art festivals – 2013 art festival in spain city of marbela, 2013 charity exhibition in support of the children who suffered leukemia at the event hall in tbilisi, 2012 inter art in batumi.
artworks of the artist are secured in private collections in ukraine, georgia, germany, france, israel, russia, czech republic, poland, spain.
