On behalf of JSC “Energo-Pro Georgia” fake advertising announcement is still being spread in social networks and video platforms. Upon appearance of the video on January 11, Legal department of JSC “Energo-Pro Georgia” sent notificationto the cyber safety hotline of Ministry of InternalAffairs of Georgia. Official letter was also sent to the Tbilisi Police Department of Ministry of Internal Affairs of Georgia.

On behalf of JSC “Energo-Pro Georgia” fake advertising announcement is spread in social networks and video platforms. Authors of the deceitful scheme try to attract amount through classic financial pyramid. JSC “Energo-Pro Georgia” categorically declares that the spread statement is false and has no connection with the company activity.

Giorgi Trapaidze, the head of the Human Resources Management Department of JSC "Energo-Pro Georgia", was invited to one of the television programs along with Giorgi Iakobashvili, a student of the energy program of the Vocational College, Academy of Business and Technologies. The discussion was about encouraging and employing energy students.

In Spring, when concentration of citizens in resorts, resting areas and recreational zones is increased, observance of the safety rules near the energy facilities, lines, substations and etc is especially important. JSC “Energo-Pro Georgia” warns citizens that in case of entering energy object areas without permission and/or getting closer to them may cause danger to human life. Accordingly, in the places mentioned above population must necessarily observe the safety rules. "It is not allowed to touch the cable lines on the ground, in canals, wells, because they are under voltage and approaching them is life-threatening!

“In accordance with the requirements of the Energy Law, "ENERGO-PRO Georgia" completed the process of separation of business activities within the specified term. The electricity supply and trade businesses were separated from the Distribution (grid owner) Company, and a Holding Company was established. The management structure has also been changed, the companies will be managed by the newly created boards of directors, which have been staffed with experienced and professional personnel” - reads the announcement spread by JSC "ENERGO-PRO Georgia".
