JSC ENERGO-PRO Georgia continues professional training of employees

JSC ENERGO-PRO Georgia held professional welding training to company employees. Study course was undertaken by company employees in technical field. Trainings continued for two weeks.

EPG is working on the creation of new Training Center

Soon ENERGO-PRO Georgia will open a new training center, which will correspond to European standards. Training center will be created at the company basis and will be filled with qualified trainers. The goal of the training center is to conduct professional and qualification trainings as well as re-training and education of company employees or potential employees. Operation of the training center will facilitate increase of qualification of cadres; assist them in realization of their potential and development of professional skills.

Employee of ENERGO-PRO Georgia became World Champion

West Central Branch employee of JSC ENERGO-PRO Georgia Givi Margvelashvili became world champion in power lifting. He broke three world records – in powerlifting he lifted 140 kg, in deadlift 220 kg, which no light weight (65 kg) athlete could lift before. Apart from that third record of Givi Margvelashvili is the sum of his scores which amounted 570 points.

Individual re-metering completed in 363 more villages. Through the past 8 months EPG installed European standard individual meters to 58 619 customers. Investment amount for the project is GEL 14 654 750.

JSC ENERGO-PRO Georgia started second stage of the grant program for students of the professional study facilities. 10 more best candidates will receive stipends from the company and after the completion of their education, they will be given the opportunity of employment at the company.

EPG Constructs a new transmission line

ENERGO-PRO Georgia constructed new 110 kV high voltage transmission line. 12 km line Nigvziani connecting 110 kV substation in Lanchkhuti-Tseva to 110 kV substation Poti 2. The line is of a strategic value as it will increase electricity supply stability and provide opportunity for transmission of increased capacities. Project value reaches up to GEL 3.5 mln.
