If the immovable property owned by the consumer that was being supplied with electricity was divided or was developed the multi dwelling unit, the Rule for connection of new customer is spread on connection of separated immovable property/ multi dwelling unit, corresponding fee and procedures, despite of capacity volume by which the initial property was connected to the distribution network.
During separation of immovable property connected with capacity from 0 up to 10 kw, the owner of separated property pays the fee of new consumer’s connection to the distribution network foreseen by Annex №4 of “Electricity (Capacity) Supply and Consumption Rules” approved by Resolution #20 of September 18, 2008 of “Georgian National Energy And Water Supply Regulatory Commission” if:
Connection of separated immovable property is carried out from 0 up to 10 kw capacity at the voltage step different from initial property;
Connection of separated immovable property is carried out on capacity more than 10 kw;
More than one immovable property was separated from the immovable property connected initially to distribution network;
During separation of immovable property connected with capacity from 0 up to 10 kw, the owner of separated property pays the fee for arranging of metering knot foreseen by Annex №6 of “Electricity (Capacity) Supply and Consumption Rules” approved by Resolution #20 of September 18, 2008 of “Georgian National Energy And Water Supply Regulatory Commission” if:
Only one immovable property was separated from the immovable property connected initially to distribution network and connection of separated immovable property is carried out on capacity from 0 up to 10 kw, on the same voltage stage (0,220 kv or 0,380 kv) on which the initial property was connected.
During separation of immovable property connected with capacity more than 10 kw capacity to be connected, the owner of separated property pays the fee of new consumer’s connection to the network foreseen by Annex №4 of “Electricity (Capacity) Supply and Consumption Rules” approved by Resolution #20 of September 18, 2008 of “Georgian National Energy And Water Supply Regulatory Commission” if:
Connection of separated immovable property on voltage step different from initial property;
Owners of old and separated property can not agree on separation of capacity;
For connection of separated immovable property the existing capacity is not enough for supply of old and separated property with not less than 10 kw capacity;
During separation of immovable property connected with capacity more than 10 kw, the owner of separated property pays the fee for arranging of metering knot foreseen by Annex №6 of “Electricity (Capacity) Supply and Consumption Rules” approved by Resolution #20 of September 18, 2008 of “Georgian National Energy And Water Supply Regulatory Commission” if:
For connection of separated immovable property the existing capacity is enough for supply of old and separated property with not less than 10 kw capacity, parties agree on division of capacity and connection of separated property is carried out on the same voltage stage (0,220 kv, 0,380 kv, or 6/10 kv) on that was connected the initial property.
